Social and Therapeutic Horticulture Symposium: Beyond the Services. Monday 30th June

It’s lovely to be coming back to Tuppenny Barn for our next symposium, which is happening on Monday 30th June – and opening for booking now

The focus for the symposium is both a general one on Social and Therapeutic Horticulture, but also a specific deep dive into how it can benefit the military community, both those currently serving as well as veterans.

We’ve been busy working on a new website which will give us a much more functional platform to build our network services on. It should be finished soon.

Garden Projects

We’re also working hard to raise funds to get our West Kent Therapy Garden projects up and running again. Please use the Donate link if you feel able.

Meanwhile to keep the North Tonbridge allotment’s copious crops of weeds under control a group of us recently spent a happy couple of hours weeding and chatting . Hopefully this space will again be used for therapeutic work very soon – we certainly felt the benefit yesterday!
